On Ramp / Fundamentals

Get started with an introduction to CrossFit at our gym. Our on ramp classes are conducted over 4-6 sessions. These sessions are by appointment mornings and evenings. Call 904-296-4552 to book your spot.

CrossFit Group Class

We we conduct classes Monday-Friday; morning, noon and night. We also have open gym and open house every Saturday. Go to our schedule link for up to the minute class times.

Group Wellness / 1 on 1 Conditioning / Punch Card Attendance

Olympic Weightlifting / Powerlifting

Our Training Center has a dedicated Olympic Lifting Time Block. If you are looking for supplemental training in this area, our coaches can do it. We use 4-6 week strength cycles. Developing your technique in the Slow Lifts (Deadlift, Back Squat, and Bench as well as the Olympic lifts; Clean & Jerk and Snatch.
