4 eggs
2 cups spinach
1 orange
salsa
1/2 avocado
olive oil
Total prep+cook time, less than 15 minutes.
Roll out of bed and drizzle some olive oil in your pan, turn the heat to medium. Chop the spinach while the oil heats, and dump right in. As the spinach wilts down, stir a few times. Meanwhile, crack and scramble 4 eggs then dump on top of spinach. Cook it all up and even add some cheese at the last minute to really make it tasty.
Cut your Avo in half, dice it in the skin, then pop it out on a plate. Peel the orange (or cut up an apple, pear, etc).
Then, FEAST!!! And enjoy a full morning with no food cravings and steady energy that doesn’t crash.
