Ryan is a full-time Head Coach.  Prior to becoming a dedicated CrossFit teacher, Ryan chased his dream to kick in the NFL.  His dedication and ethic are pretty obvious...and his neat handwriting is a signature during whiteboard sessions.

In addition to coaching, he organizes local fitness competitions. His events include Rep Your Box and Oly, Oly, WOD.

Chris is the General Manager and full-time Head Coach and you’ll find him teaching on the floor almost everyday.  One of the hardest working coaches out there, he does his homework and brings it to each class.

While he is focused on all aspects of CrossFit, he especially geeks out on gymnastics, running and grooming his ferocious beard. If he isn’t at work or home, you’ll find him in Palm Valley stalking redfish from his kayak.

Trey is our resident Olympic weightlifting coach.  He has a background in competitive powerlifting, Olympic lifting and teaching college...makes for a good strength coach.  After training in CrossFit and completing his Level 1 coursework, Trey has begun teaching the lifts a couple nights a week, demonstrating to newbies and competitive athletes how the lifts can contribute to Fitness and also be a challenging side sport.

Like a true CrossFitter, Don does a little  bit of this and a little bit of that. You will probably see him at CrossFit Southside 8 days a week, whether teaching the fundamentals in the On Ramp, covering one of our Group Classes, or just working out.

Outside the gym, he goes hard on anything loaded with sugar. You name it, donuts, cookies, candy. He once visited Sweet Frog and put everything in his cup except frozen yogurt.
